Phase 1 founder Thomas Taylor has more than two decades of experience complying with building construction codes and expediting municipal approvals. In their years in the business, they've grown the success of the company by creating lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships with their clients.
Having worked as a Building and Zoning Code Consultant for nearly 25 years, Phase 1 President Thomas Taylor has managed a wide variety of projects -- including the four state zoning and permit procurement for Nextel Communications and hundreds of wireless rollout projects.
Phase 1 has building code expertise at a national level, and we are proud to provide efficient, personalized service to clients of any size and in any state. Whether we're assisting with a high-rise permit or site acquisition for wireless setup, our capable and knowledgeable team provides unrivaled customer service from start to finish.
Tom recently completed 3 separate certifications in project management at Villanova University. These include Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Phase 1 uses this expertise to ensure your projects run smoothly.
